Plane arrived around 11pm, it was wonderful to find our friendly driver at the gate, I am ashamed my German is so poor, his English was excellent. Our hotel was opposite the station, had a different name outside, the driver waited with us with no sense of impatience. For peace of mind, it was worth every penny, and having a welcoming friendly driver was perfect.

We would usually try to use public transport when we travel as part of the experience of visiting somewhere new. However, given the late arrival time and early departure of our flights it felt wiser to book a car. Absolutely no problem with Wien transfer, the drivers were friendly & helpful, and efficiently got us to our destination both ways safely on time.
