Last 24th, one day before my trip back to the airport from Eslingasse, I sent an email to the company where I have informed about the cancellation of that trip back. I've had no answer to this (of course, no problem for me), but I also said that I hope the company will pay my money back for this service that they didn't give me. Until now, no news, no answers...

Service was excellent. Prompt. Wien transfer do monitor flights so even though we had a delay in our flight, the driver was there waiting for us! The driver was a gentleman. During the transfer from airport to the hotel the driver (should have kept his name) told us many things about Vienna, explained sights, gave us tips! We are a family of 5 (3 kids) and we felt safe during the whole transfer. Car was big and clean! Would definitely choose again wien transfer next time in Vienna! Highly recommended!
