When he dropped us off at the hotel Kummer we booked the return journey. The return journey by our driver(unfortunately we don't know his name) he was also exemplary and thoroughly nice person. "Smooth transfer from Vienna Airport to Hotel. There was a bit of a walk to the car from the arrivals hall but not too bad. Car was a clean BMW estate. Driver tried his best to navigate through heavy traffic but still took 40 minutes. Return journey to airport was just as smooth and used a minibus. Driver was early and journey back to airport only took 20 minutes. Would use this service again."

"We used wientransfer.com three times over the course of the last two weeks: from the airport to a city address once, and from a city address to the airport twice. Pricing was more than reasonable for the overall quality of the service (this is miles ahead of the kind of chauffeur service I am used to seeing in North America). The vehicles are of immaculate quality and cleanliness. The drivers are friendly and helpful. There was always a child seat in place for our four-year old. We always got to our destination with a minimum of fuss and within 20-30 minutes. Our pick-up at the airport was problem-free despite our flight being delayed by over 90 minutes. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who held up a clearly visible sign with our name. Can't ask for more..."

"Even though our flight was a little late in we were greeted by a friendly welcome, hand notice with our name was printed very clearly. A short walk to his car and while getting into Vienna the driver gave us some info on attactions as we drove passed. When we got to our hotel which was in a pedestrian area he walked us to our hotel and handed us over to the receptionist, the driver would not let my wife pull her bag, before leaving he made sure we had plans to get to our next destination. Very pleased with the service."
